TOOLING - DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Tooling is essential to every industry that deals with laminations, and it is considered the backbone. In our tool room, we have Jig Boring, EDM Wire Cut Equipment, Jig Grinder Machines & Vertical Machining Center among other equipment. When it comes to tool design, we have a talented team of tool designers on board. As a result, in order to match our clients' design parameters, our design team and maintenance workers work tirelessly to keep up with changing world demands. Not only that, but we have a variety of dies at Sudarshan that require a great deal of skill and craftsmanship to reach the tough assignments working quality standard via professional support.

Sudarshan is a company that manufactures electrical stampings and provides a variety of solutions to fulfill the demands of its customers. In India, we are experts in producing electric motor stampings. RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION
Quality must be ensured before production can begin. Inspection of raw materials is an important part of the manufacturing process. As a result, we at Sudarshan strive to ensure that every raw material is of the highest quality by identifying difficulties prior to the start of the manufacturing process. CRNGO steel and semi-processed steel are sourced from international companies to provide the highest possible quality. To assure the quality of each wide coil, Sudarshan tests the properties of the coil by determining their magnetic and mechanical properties. The certified vendors test all of the outcomes. In addition to all of this, we at Sudarshan analyze and keep track of each coil for traceability purposes.

At Sudarshan, we are constantly working to deliver the most up-to-date technology to a wider audience. As a result, we invest in high-volume, high-speed progressive stamping presses and other equipment to satisfy the needs of all of our customers. In addition, we have presses ranging from 20 to 350 tonnes that can produce fantastic laminations at speeds of up to 450 strokes per minute. Our majority laminations production is small to medium size, diameter upto 300mm.
